Do you have a physical store?
Our Northeast LA showroom will be open for appointments starting late March 2023. You can make an appointment on our homepage in the top right menu bar. We will be open by appointment only for shopping, and for specifically scheduled events and workshops <3
What is your return policy?
AT THIS TIME ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes gift card sales. As a newer, independent business, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or offer exchanges. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions before a purchase to make sure it's the perfect fit! 

Tell me about shipping?
ALTHOUGH WE DO INSURE ALL PACKAGES, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PACKAGES. ONCE AN ITEM IS HANDED OFF, THE PACKAGE FALLS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF USPS.
Items will be shipped out at as soon as possible, but may take up to one week from the date the order is placed to be sent out. Within the US, packages take anywhere from 2 business days - about a week from USPS drop off -  please keep in mind that this is only a guideline and not absolute. 

We are able to ship internationally. Please check rates upon checkout as they do vary upon size/weight of item ordered. International packages can be sent First Class, which can take up to 21 business days (or more), or Priority Mail/Worldwide Priority, which should take about 6-10 business days - please keep in mind that this is only a guideline and not absolute. 
Customers are responsible for paying any fees in customs and we do not refund international shipping charges. Please reach out with any international shipping questions. 
 
ATTENTION - DUE TO COVID19 AND USPS COMPLICATIONS, THE WAY WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT A MORE AFFORDABLE PRICE - THROUGH FIRST CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL - IS SEVERELY DELAYED. WHILE WE ARE STILL OFFERING THIS OPTION, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DURING THIS TIME ORDERS COULD TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS OR MORE TO BE DELIVERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE MORE QUICKLY, PLEASE CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL.

Do You Offer Local Drop Off?
We do! On offers $75 and up we offer $10 local delivery to select areas around Northeast Los Angeles. This charge helps to cover part of our gas cost and time spent driving. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if you are eligible for drop off service & refer to map below :)

Do You Offer Local Pick Up?
We do! If you would like to pick up your order in Los Angeles, please select this option upon checkout. After placing your order, please schedule an appointment on our homepage to come grab your order! 

Do You Offer Styling or Stylist/Artist Pulls
At this time we are no longer offering stylist pulls. Please respect this decision, as it is one that we have made in the best interests of our business.
We do, however, love to collaborate with artists and offer our own Kathleen styling services! Feel free to reach out with any questions :)
