What is your return policy?
AT THIS TIME ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes gift card sales. As a newer, independent business, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions before a purchase to make sure it's the perfect fit!

Items will be shipped out at as soon as possible, but may take up to 2 business days after the date the order is placed.
Shipping rates will differ depending on weight, size, and can be calculated at checkout. We ship Priority Mail which is expected to have a shipping time of 2-3 business days once sent out.

Please check rates upon checkout as they do vary upon size/weight of item ordered. We ship First Class International, which is expected to have a shipping time of 7-21 business days once sent out, or Priority Mail which is expected to take 6-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for paying any fees in customs and we do not refund international shipping charges. Please reach out with any international shipping questions.

At this time we are no longer offering stylist pulls. We do, however, love to collaborate with artists and offer our own Kathleen styling services! Feel free to reach out with any questions or proposals :)
